RAIL MOUNTED GANTRY CRANES

Rail mounted container gantry crane (RMG crane) is mainly used to load, unload, move and stack containers in railway tranship fields and large container storage yards.

BULK TERMINALS

GRAB TYPE SHIP LOADER / UNLOADER

A grab type ship unloader is a traditional method for unloading bulk cargo from a ship. It is a rail-mounted clamp shell type grab bucket that unloads material like iron ore and coal. The unloader transfers the material from the ship to a conveyor on the jetty. It is used to handle bulk materials, including iron ore, bauxite, limestone, phosphate, fertilizers, potash, coal, petroleum coke, and sulphur.

CONTINUOUS SHIP UNLOADER

Continuous ship unloaders are machines that use bucket elevators to
remove materials from a ship’s hold and transfer them to a conveying system.
They are particularly suited for import ports that unload bulk materials,
such as coal, iron ore, and grains.

STACKER RECLAIMER

A stacker-reclaimer is a system that can both stack and reclaim materials from stockpiles. Stacking is the process of building a pile, while reclaiming is the process of removing and relocating materials.

MARINE LOADING / UNLOADING ARMS

A marine loading arm (MLA) is a mechanical system that transfers
fluids between a storage facility or terminal and a vessel.
It is also known as a mechanical loading arm or loading arm.
Our Loading arms are well equipped to handle white/black Oil,
Chemicals and any cryogenics liquid.

QUICK RELEASE MOORING HOOKS & BERTH AIDING SYSTEM

QRMH stands for Quick Release Mooring Hook. QRMHs are the foundation of modern mooring systems and allow vessels to be quickly and easily secured to a berth and released. They are a safe, efficient, and reliable solution for vessels of all sizes.

GANGWAY TOWER

Gangway tower is a tower with a telescopic gangway that can move vertically along the tower. The gangway can cover ship deck levels from small barges to ultra large crude carriers. The gangway positioning can be adjusted automatically to suit the ship’s deck level and each tower tier. Gangways can also handle utility transfer lines for cargo, water, electricity, and fuel etc.

CONSTANT TENSION MOORING HOOKS

Constant/Automatic Tension Mooring Winches are systems designed to dynamically adjust, control and maintain the tension in mooring lines, effortlessly compensating for variations in tidal forces, weather conditions and ship movements.

MOBILE BOAT LIFTING CRANE

Mobile boat hoist is a specialized lifting device designed to lift, move, and
lower boats of various sizes and types. Unlike stationary boat hoists,
which are fixed in one location, mobile boat hoists are equipped
with wheels or tracks that allow them to be easily moved from one location to another.
