BLAST FURNACE BLOWERS

Heavy Duty machines to supply continuous flow of high-pressure blast into the Blast Furnace. The air is first compressed by blast furnace compressors and finally injected into the furnace via tuyeres.

TOP PRESSURE RECOVERY TURBINE

TRT is an energy recovery system used in blast furnace to convert the high pressure furnace gas (BF Gas) into electricity. Instead of BF gas being vented, it passes through a Turbine generator, which extracts energy from the gas source.

PULVERISED COAL INJECTION SYSTEM

PCI is used in blast furnace to inject finely ground coal directly into the tuyers as supplementary fuel reducing coke consumption.

DRY GAS CLEANING PLANT

Dry Gas Cleaning Plant is used to clean the blast furnace gas before it is reused or released. It removes dust and fine particles without using water, making it more environment friendly.

DUST DISCHARGE VALVES

Dry DCP bag filters and dust collection system is used to safely and efficiently remove collected dust from blast burnaces, converters.

GOGGLE VALVES

Goggle Valves are used in blast burnace, gas pipelines and steel plants to provide a light shut off for maintenance and safety purposes.

BLAST FURNACE VALVES

GUIDE LEVER VALVES

EQUALIZING AND RELIEF VALVES

Equalising valves are used in Balance pressure differences between two sections of a system used in BF to equalise pressure between the furnace top and gas cleaning system.

DOUBLE ECCENTRIC VALVES

Also known as double offset butterfly valves are widely used in steel plants for controlling the flow of gases, air, steam and water. They provide high sealing performance.

BLEEDER VALVES

Bleeder valves are safety valves used in BF and steel plants to release excess pressure or gas safely. They prevent over pressure condition.

COKE CHARGING CAR

is a specialised rail mounted vehicle used in coke-ovens to charge coal into coke oven chambers for carbonisation.

This equipment is used for coke oven battery for pushing out hot coke from oven chamber after carbonisation.

LONG PRODUCT ROLLING MILL

This is a type of steel rolling mill for long steel products such as rebars, wire rods, sections (angles and channel beams) and special profiles.

FORGED / CAST ROLLS
